The purpose of the textbook is to develop the managerial competence of future psychologists through a deepening understanding of the nature of leadership and the targeted development of practical leadership skills.
The target audience is students of the specialties: Psychology, Public Administration and Administration and Higher School Pedagogy.
Learning outcomes:
after completing the course students will be able to:

define the concepts of leader, leadership, team, influence, goal and interaction;

understand the essence of the main stages of the history of leadership phenomenon research;

describe leadership models presented in classical theories;

explain the value of leadership for success in professional activities;

distinguish leadership styles by individual characteristics;

use the techniques of reflection, analysis of situations in order to develop their own proper leadership skills;

illustrate theoretical models with concrete examples from leadership practice;

form a program of leadership development based on the psychological profile of the individual;
